Privacy Policy
VPNKibi is built to protect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
1. In short
We do not log the websites you visit, the content of your traffic or your DNS queries. We keep only what we need to run your account and the service.
2. What we collect
- Telegram details that Telegram shares when you open the bot or the Mini App: your Telegram ID, name, username and language.
- Account data: your balance and transactions, your devices and subscriptions with the names you give them, and how much traffic each one has used.
- Connection data: the IP address a device connects from, used while it is connected to route your traffic and to stop one configuration being shared by many devices. It is not linked to what you do online.
- Support messages you send us, and our replies.
- Website: this site uses no tracking cookies, analytics or ads. Your light or dark theme choice is saved only in your own browser. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser, page) for a short time to keep the site secure.
3. What we never collect
Your browsing history, the content of your traffic, the sites or apps you use and your DNS queries.
4. How we use your data
To create and run your account, bill your devices and traffic, keep the service secure and prevent abuse, answer your support requests, and tell you about important changes to the service.
5. Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share only what is needed with the companies that help us run VPNKibi: Telegram, which hosts the bot and the Mini App; payment providers, when you top up; and hosting providers in the countries where our servers are. We only disclose data when the law truly requires it, and we can only disclose what we have, which never includes your browsing.
6. How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Connection data is kept only while you are connected. Website access logs are kept for a few weeks. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except transaction records we must keep by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Send the request to our support team in Telegram.
8. Security
Your data is stored on our own servers, protected by encryption in transit and strict access controls.
9. Children
VPNKibi is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce important changes in the app or the bot.
