Terms of Service

1. Your account

Your VPNKibi account is linked to your Telegram account. Anyone who can use your Telegram account can use your VPNKibi account, so keep Telegram secure.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. The service

VPNKibi gives each of your devices its own VPN configuration with a fixed IP address in the country you choose. You connect with a VPN app that supports our configurations; the Mini App shows you how.

We work hard to keep VPNKibi fast and available, including on heavily censored networks, but no VPN can promise uninterrupted access everywhere. Internet providers and governments change their blocking, and we adapt our configurations as fast as we can.

We may add, change or retire server locations. If a change affects a location you use, we will tell you in the app in advance whenever we can.

3. Prices and billing

Your balance is kept in US dollars. Prices in rubles or tomans are shown for convenience, at the exchange rate we publish, and may change when that rate changes.

Daily plan: each device is charged one day at a time, in advance. If your balance can't cover the next day, that device is paused until you top up; it then resumes automatically.

Pay-as-you-go: you buy traffic in gigabytes. Purchased traffic does not expire, and you only use it up when data passes through the VPN.

We may change prices. A new price never applies to days or traffic you have already paid for, and the app always shows the current price before you pay.

4. Free trial and referral rewards

New users get a free trial. Referral rewards are given once for each new person who joins with your invite link, to both of you.

Trials and rewards are for real people. We may cancel those obtained through fake or duplicate accounts or other abuse. They have no cash value.

5. Refunds

Our money-back guarantee covers your unused balance, unused traffic and remaining paid days. See the Refund Policy for the details.

6. Acceptable use

Use VPNKibi lawfully and respectfully. You may not use it to:

• attack, scan or break into other networks or devices, or send spam;
• spread malware, commit fraud, or harm or exploit anyone, including children;
• share or resell your configurations without a partner agreement with us;
• overload our servers or interfere with other users' service.

Each per-device configuration is for one device. You are responsible for following the laws of the country where you use the service.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first. You can stop using VPNKibi at any time by removing your devices and subscriptions, and ask for a refund of what you haven't used.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we never log.

9. Liability

VPNKibi is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will announce important changes in the app or the bot before they take effect. If you keep using VPNKibi after that, the new terms apply.
