Refund Policy
Every VPNKibi plan comes with a money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we refund what you haven't used, in full.
What we refund
- your unused balance;
- unused traffic on pay-as-you-go, at the price you paid for it;
- the remaining days you have already paid for on the daily plan.
What isn't refundable
The free trial, welcome bonuses and referral rewards are gifts and have no cash value, so they can't be paid out.
How to ask for a refund
Message our support team in Telegram and tell us what you'd like refunded. You don't have to give a reason.
How you get your money
We refund to the payment method you used whenever we can. Crypto payments are refunded in the same amount in US dollars, to a wallet address you give us. We aim to finish every refund within 7 business days.
Abuse
We may refuse a refund for an account that broke our Terms of Service, for example through fraud or chargebacks.
